It’s driving people to take the next step around fully connecting environments, automation, and moving people into new roles where they can be safer while maintaining production levels.

Internet of Things (IoT) is posing challenges that require consideration. Enterprises need infrastructure that supports

  • Zero-latency data to make real-time decisions faster and with precision
  • More network bandwidth to accommodate pervasive video, automated guided vehicles, thermal imagery, and 3D sensors
  • Advance cyber security capabilities to protect an expanding threat surface

  • Edge compute to process and act on data closer to the source, thereby reducing time lag, costs and maintaining compliance
